Pintas Figuras 2026 showcased an energetic blend of artistry and runway flair as students from La Consolacion College Bacolod competed in a multi-disciplinary festival that wrapped up Friday evening.
The event, held at the LCCB Auditorium and Quadrangle Feb. 26–27, featured painting contests, creative showcases and a fashion runway judged by seasoned visual arts professionals.
Mary Gwyneth Jancorda, competing as Best Model, took top honors in the modeling category, while Kenneth Glaraga won the People’s Choice award.

In the main competition, No. 10 – Champion was awarded to model Elixi Zabrylle Cawit and team members Zimjevy Louise Cañete, Cedric Alasko, Keileen Ashley Caracas, Jed Beboso and Princess Vernie Malan.
The first runner-up title went to No. 5 – Daphney Duerre Tingson, supported by Elah Mae Tucay, Cristina Pia Silva, Princess Mae Labastida, Allrey John Baylon and Kimarla Ugdiman. No. 11 – 2nd Runner-Up was captured by Luis Gerardo E. Paguntalan with team members Matthew Carmona, Fiona Garcia, Irene Jereza, Alex Monares and Rafael Tumaob.
Judges for the event were Vincent Rose Sarnate, LPT, a BFA alumna; Antonio Tejado, Ph.D., former program head of LCCB’s Bachelor of Fine Arts; and Bony Palma Banaglorioso, champion of the 52nd Visayas-Mindanao Wide Painting Competition 2026.
“Pintas Figuras is more than a competition — it’s a celebration of our students’ creativity, collaboration and courage to express their unique voices,” said Ms. Larissa Pacheco, Program Head of the Bachelor of Fine Arts. “We are proud of every participant for bringing such dedication and passion to the stage and canvas.”
The event drew large crowds throughout the two-day schedule, which included opening ceremonies, artist forums, pre-judging sessions, studio photoshoots and a final awards ceremony closing the festivities.
