Quality Policy

The oldest Higher Educational Institution in Negros Occidental, La Consolacion College Bacolod aspires to deliver academic programs that will become centers of development and excellence in the community, producing graduates who are competent, whose character is imbued with Catholic-Augustinian-Marian values, and whose life and work they will dedicate to the service of others.

Along this intention, LCC Bacolod puts to heart a policy centered around the pursuit of continuous improvement towards sustainability and effectiveness.

This policy is promulgated as an articulation of the institution’s unrelenting commitment to growth through an authentic process of evaluation in all areas of school operations based on ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.

Quality Objectives

  1. To develop new plans and recalibrate existing ones for sustainable development informed by the changing conditions of time yet faithful to the mission and vision of La Consolacion College Bacolod, determined through a process of collaboration among stakeholders;
  2. To offer academic programs that are relevant to the needs of the local and global communities and reflective of the philosophy of education and goals of La Consolacion College Bacolod for the student;
  3. To deliver academic programs designed to help students achieve the learning outcomes or competencies of the program including the development of 21st century skills;
  4. To provide academic support services and avenues that foster student engagement, encourage continuous search for knowledge and wisdom, and promote the witnessing of the institution’s Catholic-Augustinian-Marian spirituality and mission;
  5. To provide a safe, secure and conducive environment for learning equipped with necessary tools and resources to meet the instructional needs of the programs;
  6. To support the viability of La Consolacion College Bacolod  and its programs through strategic financial and efficient operational management; and
  7. To continuously improve the programs and their quality processes as well as the organizational capability of the school through internal monitoring and certification and accreditation by external agencies.
