Dr. Ramon P. Ponce de Leon sits as Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He was formerly the Senior VP/Regional Manager at Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. He serves as a board member of several educational institutions, including St. John’s Institute as Advisory Board Chair and St. Benilde School as BOT Chair. He is also the BOT Chair of the Negros Economic Development Foundation, the longest-running NGO in Negros Occidental.
Sr. Eden L. Gicana, OSA, is the Superior General of the Augustinian Sisters of Our Lady of Consolation & The Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of La Consolacion College Bacolod.
Sr. Irene M. Bancolo, OSA, DMEM, is the VP for Finance and General Services, the Principal of the Integrated Basic Education Department (K-12), and the Treasurer of the Board of Trustees.
Atty. Sabino Jose M. Padilla, III, is Corporate Secretary, Board of Trustees, and University Legal Counsel at La Consolacion University Philippines (LCUP). He is a partner at Padilla Law Office.
Rev. Fr. Don H. Besana, OAR, is the former President of the University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos (2018-2022). He also served as the VP for Administration and Human Resource Development Center Director of San Sebastian College –Recoletos, Manila (2013-2015); Vice Prior and VP-Admin and HRMDO Directo of San Sebastian College – Recoletos, Cavite (2015-2017); and VP for Academic Affairs of UNO-R (2017-2018). He is currently the Prior of the OAR Community in San Sebastian College – Recoletos.
Sr. Flolyn S. Catungal, OSA, is the ASOLC Councilor on Apostolate and Superintendent of the Association of Schools of the Augustinian Sisters and The School President of La Consolacion College Bacolod.
Sr. Ma. Sheila M. Carpentero, OSA, is the ETEEAP coordinator and the Assistant Principal of the Integrated Basic Education Department (K-12).
Dr. Rhodora Angela Fernandez-Ferrer is the Executive Director of the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC) – the Trustee of the Fund Assitance to Private Education (FAPE).
She was formerly the Executive Director of the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) and the former Dean of Student Affairs and Assistant Professor of St. Scholastica’s College.
Dr. Genaro V. Japos is the founder of two Philippine-based research associations, the Philippine Association of Institutions for Research in 2007 and the International Association of Multidisciplinary Research in 2011, with a strong membership of more than 100 and 56 academic institutions, respectively, to date where he also serves as President.
As a researcher, he did several studies whose findings were published in refereed journals, indexed internationally, and presented at national and international conventions. A figure in research publication, he serves as a member of the editorial board of refereed journals and the National Research Council of the Philippines.
Sr. Editha S. Zerna, OSA, PhD, is the ASOLC Community Coordinator and Consultant of the Academic Affairs Office.
