Our Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency Accreditation Program provides opportunity for working adults to complete a baccalaureate degree within a 10-month period through equivalency.

Overview

The Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) is an alternative education delivery mode, promulgated through Executive Order 330, which promotes access to continuing quality higher education. It is an effective system of academic equivalency and accreditation of prior learning from relevant work experiences and formal/non-formal educational training. Deputized Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) are authorized to conduct competency-based evaluation and award appropriate degrees to deserving individuals. This is realized through the establishment of equivalency competence standards and a comprehensive assessment system employing written tests, interview, skill demonstration and other creative assessment methodologies.

The Commission on Higher Education deputized LCC Bacolod to offer Expanded Tertiary Education, Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) for Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management; Liberal Arts in English Language Studies, and the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management.  The program follows a revised curriculum programmed based on a 10-month timeframe with classes every Saturday. The program is very well regarded in the Commission on Higher Education and is considered among the success stories of ETEEAP implementation in the Philippines.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 23 years old
  • At least high school graduate or must have PEPT equivalent to 1st year College
  • Has at least five years aggregate experience in the industry relevant to the program applied for
  • Has proficiency in the discipline applied for

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • Letter of Intent addressed to the ETEEAP Coordinator
  • Detailed Resume/Curriculum Vitae
  • 2 pcs. 2×2 Picture
  • Fully accomplished ETEEAP Application Form
  • Recommendation letter from immediate superior
  • Original school credentials (whichever is applicable)
  •  High School diploma and Form 138-A or PEPT documents
  •  Transcript of Records with Honorable Dismissal
  • Photocopies of the following:
    • Birth Certificate PSA/NSO Authenticated
    • Marriage Certificate (for Female Applicant)
    • Certificate of Employment with Job Description from past to present employers
    • NBI Clearance
    • Business Registration Certificate, if business owner
    • Certificates of seminars, trainings, workshops, conferences attended; recognitions and awards received; and relevant professional exams passed
