Bacolod City, June 25, 2024 – Graduate students from Central Mindanao Colleges (CMC) in Kidapawan City, Cotabato, visited La Consolacion College Bacolod to benchmark on school leadership and management practices.
A delegation of 43 students from the Master of Arts in Education and Master of Arts in Educational Management programs arrived in Bacolod for a benchmarking tour of the city’s higher education institutions. Among their key stops was LCC Bacolod, where they were warmly received.
The delegation was welcomed by teachers from the Senior High and Graduate departments of LCC Bacolod. Rodjhun Navarro, Vice President for Linkages at LCC Bacolod, expressed his enthusiasm in a welcome address.
“We are honored to host the graduate students from Central Mindanao Colleges,” Navarro stated. “This visit provides a valuable opportunity for both institutions to exchange ideas and practices that will enhance our educational systems.”
Dr. Gemma Kintanar, Dean of the Graduate School Program of CMC, expressed her gratitude to LCC Bacolod for their hospitality and the learning opportunity.
“We are immensely grateful to La Consolacion College Bacolod for welcoming us with open arms,” said Dr. Kintanar. “This benchmarking tour is an invaluable experience for our students, as it allows them to gain insights into effective school leadership and management practices that they can bring back to our institution.” The visit is expected to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between the two educational institutions, ultimately benefiting their respective academic communities.
