La Consolacion College Bacolod recognized its top-performing students during the Dean’s List Awarding Ceremony held Sept. 19 at the school auditorium.
A total of 4.39 percent of the college student population qualified for the Dean’s List for the second semester of Academic Year 2024-2025. The ceremony was organized by the Office for Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) in partnership with the Registrar’s Office.
The program featured presentations of the Dean’s List from the four academic departments: 24 from the School of Sciences, Liberal Arts, and Teacher Education (SSLATE); 18 from the School of Architecture, Fine Arts, and Interior Design (SARFAID); 8 from the School of Business and Information Technology (SBIT); and 43 from the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management (SHTM).
Student leaders highlighted in the event included Danica M. Suba (BS Psychology), Overall Top 1; Krystel Mujielle B. Nishiyama (BSHM), Overall Top 2; and Sheyn Lee M. Panaguiton (BSHM), Overall Top 3.
In her message, Sr. Flolyn S. Catungal, OSA, school president, praised the honorees for their academic diligence and values-driven leadership.
“Our Dean’s Listers embody the LCCian spirit of excellence and service. Their achievement is not just a personal milestone but a gift they can offer back to their families, the community, and to God,” she said.
The awarding ceremony concluded with closing remarks from Krystel Mujielle B. Nishiyama, and the singing of the Loyalty songs.
