La Consolacion College Bacolod has wrapped up its 2025 internal quality audit, reinforcing its commitment to strong governance, academic excellence, and continuous improvement as part of its ISO-aligned Quality Management System.
From July to November, the school successfully audited institutional offices, while also conducting classroom observations across all academic departments. The results provide a comprehensive picture of how the institution is performing in terms of operations, support services, documentation, and alignment with its mission.

According to Quality Assurance Officer Felix Adrian Dalida, this year’s findings point to several improvement priorities, including the need for updated and aligned documents, clearer organizational processes, enhanced documentation and filing systems, more consistent evaluation and feedback mechanisms, and stronger connections between institutional goals and office-level plans. He also emphasized the importance of capacity-building for employees to ensure compliance and quality assurance across all units.
The audit showed that Clause 8, Operations registered the highest number of findings, indicating persistent challenges in process execution and documentation. Support functions (Clause 7) followed, reflecting gaps related to resources, communication, and competence. Leadership, Planning, and Performance Evaluation presented moderate issues, while Context of the Organization showed fewer concerns. Improvement (Clause 10) emerged as the strongest area, reflecting LCC Bacolod’s established culture of corrective action and institutional learning.
Dalida said the results will serve as a roadmap for targeted interventions to strengthen the school’s systems and services. “The internal audit allows us to identify gaps early and address them systematically,” he said. “It is part of our long-term commitment to quality and accountability for our students, employees, and stakeholders.”
The internal audit is conducted annually to ensure that LCC Bacolod’s policies, operations, and academic services remain aligned with national and international quality standards.
