LCC Bacolod Holds “Mindset to Market” Forum to Inspire Student Entrepreneurs

La Consolacion College Bacolod’s School of Architecture, Fine Arts, and Interior Design (ARFIEN) hosted a forum titled “Mindset to Market: An Innovative Selling for Today’s Student-Entrepreneurs” on Friday, October 24, 2025, at the Luisa Medel Little Theatre.

The event aimed to equip student-entrepreneurs with innovative approaches to business development, marketing, and enterprise management in today’s dynamic marketplace.

Guest speakers included Ronan Serfino, Junior Business Counselor of the Department of Trade and Industry – Negros Island Region, and Liberty Adorias-Alarcon, Division Head of the Provincial Technology and Livelihood Development Center, Province of Negros Occidental.

Both speakers emphasized the importance of creativity, adaptability, and social responsibility in developing entrepreneurial ventures that contribute to local economic growth.

ARFIEN Dean Dr. Vincent Raymund Alovera said the forum reflects the college’s continuing commitment to nurturing entrepreneurial mindsets among students by connecting them with industry practitioners and government partners.

The activity forms part of LCC Bacolod’s broader initiatives to strengthen innovation and business readiness across its academic programs.
