Library Services

Anybody can contact the Librarian through private message chat in (LCCB Learning Resource Center FB Page Messenger), LRC Website, or email us at lrmc@lccbonline.edu.ph or call us at 434 9661-63 local 421 (College Library); local 422 (JH/SHS Library) ; local 213 (Grade School Library) and local 223 (Multi Media Center) following the library and MMC Office hours.

The library staff in coordination with the Program Head and the English teachers conduct library orientation / instruction regarding the use of the library every opening of the school year.

A book display of new acquisitions is found in the shelves near the Reference Section.

A list of new books is posted in the library’s bulletin boards, College Faculty Room and Dean’s Office.

Important articles in the periodicals are indexed to supplement the book collection of the library. Individual articles and other information are not presented in the card catalog. It is therefore necessary to consult the Index to Periodicals.

The library provides bibliographic assistance to students especially those who are doing their research work.

Library service given to the students and teachers on how and where to locate their information needs.

Are non-book materials such as clippings, pamphlets and other government publications which are filed and arranged in alphabetical order by subject.

The library facilitates photocopy request during the following schedules:

  • Monday – Friday: 7:30 am – 7:00 pm 
  • Saturday: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

The library facilitates scanning for Php10/page as charging fee.

Faculty and students can do research from other libraries by filling up the Request Form for a Referral Letter as one of the requirements in visiting other libraries. The librarian will notify the requester through their personal email if the document is ready for pick up.

Faculty and students can request a book for purchase by filling up the Recommendation Form. The Technical Librarian will check the availability of the recommended books in the Web OPAC to avoid duplication before buying. The library does not acquire duplicate copies. The recommendee will be informed of the status of the request through their personal email subject for approval by the VP for Finance.

The library provides assistance on citation apastyle.apa.org, referencing and related literature to students and faculty who are doing research work.

It is a record of all book collection as to the title, author and subject content of the book. It provides a quick search of library collection

A database of journals subscribed by the library. It is a one-stop source of news and periodical articles covering a wide range of topics. It can be accessed through the internet through: http://infotrac.galegroup.com/itweb/phlccb with password: humility
