The National Service Training Program (NSTP) students of La Consolacion College Bacolod led a mangrove planting and coastal clean-up drive on Saturday, Oct. 25, at Sitio Can-itom, Barangay Kamatis, Bago City, planting 850 mangrove propagules as part of their continuing environmental protection efforts.

The activity, organized by the NSTP and Institutional Environmental Advocacy Program (IEAP) aimed to restore mangrove areas and strengthen community awareness on the importance of coastal ecosystems.
Participating student sections included Chastity, Compassion, Excellence, Faith, and Friendship, guided by their advisers Ms. Precy Grecia, Mr. Al Anthony Talaman, Ms. Mae Belen Seligbon, Ms. Ma. Hanah Masilungan, Mr. June Mark Casuyon, and Mrs. Bernadette Tupas, coordinator.
