(November 13, 2023) – La Consolacion College Bacolod (LCCB) has maintained its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification following a successful surveillance audit conducted by TUV Rheinland Philippines, Inc. on November 10, 2023.
The surveillance audit covered all aspects of LCCB’s operations, including its academic programs, teaching and learning processes, student services, and administrative systems. The auditor was particularly impressed with the college’s strong focus on continuous improvement and its commitment to meeting the needs of its students and stakeholders.
In a statement, Xylene Tagorio, Audit Leader of TUV Rheinland Philippines, said that LCCB has demonstrated a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement. “The college’s ISO 9001:2015 certification is a testament to its commitment to providing high-quality education and services to its students and stakeholders,” she said.
LCCB President Sr. Joan Brigida Corazon S. Infante, OSA thanked all the administrators, faculty members, and staff for their commitment to quality improvement. “I have seen the organizational culture at LCC Bacolod evolving where commitment to continuous improvement is seen by the way administrators embrace the Quality Management System,” she said.
Infante also announced that LCC Bacolod will be embracing the ISO 21001:2018 Educational Organization Management System standards. “With the success of the QMS standards, we are confident that we can meet the highest standards in educational management,” she said.
The ISO 9001:2015 standard is a globally recognized standard for quality management systems that focuses on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
