In a testament to artistic brilliance, representatives from La Consolacion College Bacolod Integrated School showcased their talent at the 8th VMC Inter-School Art Contest 2023, held at Acacia Hotel Bacolod and organized by the Victorias Milling Company (VMC). The event featured an On-the-Spot Painting competition, bringing together young artists from various schools in Negros Occidental.
In the Elementary Category, two standouts from LCCB Integrated School secured coveted positions in the Top 10. Kayecee Bagatela, a skilled Grade 6 artist, and Gwen Stacee Vicente from Grade 4 demonstrated exceptional creativity, earning well-deserved recognition for their outstanding artworks.
Additionally, several LCCB representatives were hailed Semi-Finalists in both the Elementary and High School Categories. Among them were Glenierr Rose Alcabasa (Grade 5), Chloe Anne Montaño (Grade 6), Jackie Louise Magpusao (Grade 7), Lexie Margarette Viñas (Grade 7), Anika Benjamin (Grade 10), Ayisha Nicolette Medina (Grade 10), and Janin Miranda (Grade 10). Their remarkable feats added to the overall success of LCCB in this prestigious competition.
