LCC BACOLOD ORIENTS SECURITY PERSONNEL ON STUDENT ENTRY PROCEDURES, CAMPUS POLICIES

The Coordinators of Student Formation and Activities of La Consolacion College Bacolod conducted an orientation for the school’s security personnel on July 6 at the Aves Conference Room to strengthen the implementation of student entry procedures and campus policies.

The orientation focused on protocols covering the entry and exit of students, as well as policies on proper dress code, wearing of identification cards and the school’s no single-use plastic policy.

Mrs. Cheryl Serra of the Senior High School facilitated the morning session, while Mr. Anthony Deocades, officer-in-charge of Student Affairs and Services, and Ms. Wilma Grace O. Amar facilitated the afternoon session.

Amar said the orientation was part of the school’s continuing efforts to ensure that security personnel are properly guided in implementing policies that directly affect student formation and campus discipline.

“Our security personnel are among the first members of the school community who engage with our students each day. It is important that they are well-informed, consistent and formative in the way they help implement our campus policies,” Amar said.

She added that the activity also emphasized the role of security personnel in supporting a safe, orderly and values-centered school environment.

The orientation provided an opportunity to clarify procedures, address common concerns and align security practices with institutional policies on student conduct and campus responsibility.

The activity forms part of LCC Bacolod’s preparations for the academic year, ensuring that front-line personnel are equipped to assist in maintaining discipline, safety and care within the campus.
