“SecuRE Negros” transcends mere rhetoric; it embodies a resolute commitment to securing Negros Occidental’s energy future by leveraging the transformative power of renewable energy sources. With the tagline “Ensuring Power Security with Renewable Energy,” the campaign underscores the pivotal role of sustainable energy practices in fortifying the province’s resilience against future challenges.

The launch served as an inaugural platform to disseminate crucial information to the public and key stakeholders regarding the ambitious initiative aimed at addressing Negros Occidental’s critical climate and energy challenges. Governor Lacson articulated the strategic vision and objectives of the campaign, emphasizing the imperative of establishing resilient and sustainable energy systems to propel the province towards a prosperous future.
