La Consolacion College Bacolod introduced its newly appointed academic and institutional support administrators for academic year 2026-2027 as the institution prepares to align its leadership structure with its strategic priorities and quality management directions.
The introduction was held as part of the Administrators’ Academy, which gathered school officials and unit heads to clarify institutional targets under the Strategic Plan 2026-2031, review the organizational structure, finalize the institutional calendar, revisit the research agenda and strengthen the alignment of the Risk Register, Annual Operational Plan and Calendar of Activities.

Catherine L. Obaredes, head of human resource development office, led the presentation of the institutional organizational chart, which identified key leadership assignments across the offices of the President, Academic Affairs, Finance and General Services, Research, Publication, Innovation and Linkages, student affairs, institutional support services and academic units.

Sr. Flolyn S. Catungal, OSA, president, said the appointments reflect the institution’s continuing effort to strengthen leadership, clarify responsibility centers and ensure that academic and support offices work toward shared institutional goals.
“The organizational structure is not only a chart of offices and names,” Sr. Flolyn said. “It is a reminder of our shared mission and the responsibility entrusted to each administrator in serving our students and the wider LCC Bacolod community.”
The Administrators’ Academy also emphasized the need for administrators to connect plans with measurable outputs, timelines, risk management actions and quality assurance documents.
Organizers said the session was intended to ensure that each office begins the academic year with a clearer understanding of its role in implementing the school’s strategic direction, supporting institutional accreditation and sustaining effective service delivery.
