La Consolacion College Bacolod, in partnership with the Kapisanan ng mga Manunudlo ng Filipino sa Negros Inc. is set to host the 8th International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research from March 20 to 22, 2023. The conference, themed “The Role of Education and Research in Creating a More Sustainable World,” aims to bring together researchers, scholars, and experts from various disciplines to explore innovative solutions for a sustainable future.
Call for Abstracts
Researchers interested in contributing to the conference are invited to submit abstracts adhering to a strict set of guidelines. Abstracts should be no more than 300 words and must follow the IMRaD format, encompassing:
- Header: Include the author’s name, affiliation, email, and contact number.
- Introduction: Provide an overview of the problem area, emphasize its significance, and articulate the author’s perspective. Conclude with a clear statement of the research hypothesis or questions being explored.
- Method: Explain the study design and methods employed.
- Results and Discussion: Offer a succinct summary of the major findings, providing sufficient data for evaluation by the Review Committee.
- Conclusion: Summarize the overall findings and highlight the study’s relevance.
Additionally, each abstract submission should be accompanied by a brief biography (not exceeding 50 words), written in the third person, and a high-resolution JPG format photo of the presenter/s (at least 300 KB).
Submission Details
Abstracts should be submitted in MS Word format to icmr@lccbonline.edu.ph. The submission deadline is February 20, 2024. Only previously unpublished or presented papers will be considered.
Review Process
The Review Committee will evaluate submissions and notify authors of acceptance via email two weeks after the submission deadline.
